Registration for Workshops
Clients need to register in advance for a workshop due to limited participant space. To register for an open workshop, submit the contact/interest form and/or email Her Lens Jenny Wiley. Open workshops will be offered on the website of Her Lens Jenny Wiley and rotate throughout the year. Workshops begin at the indicated workshop start date/time/meeting location and end at the indicated workshop date/time/meeting location. Registrants must be at least 18 years old. Registrants under 18 must also have a registered parent or legal guardian present.

Exception for a registered parent/guardian if under 18 is for the Designer Wings - Private Gardens Workshop in Smithfield, North Carolina. The parent/guardian would not have to register for this particular workshop, but must be present with their minor.
Payment for Workshop Registration
Upon registering for a workshop, the participant will receive an invoice that must be paid by the indicated due date. The reason for the due date is because Her Lens Jenny Wiley must turn and confirm additional support bookings on the ground (examples include, but not limited to entry tickets, operational space, etc.). Payment for photography tour workshops in Mexico, Greece, and Kenya are accepted in the form of US bank check to Her Lens Jenny Wiley (to avoid high processing fees by credit card companies for the participant). Registration for all other workshops may be done via US Bank Check, cash, or via payment link on the website of Her Lens Jenny Wiley.
Participants must contact Her Lens Jenny Wiley to register for photography tour workshops and will then be sent the photography tour workshop invoice. Participants are not confirmed until registration is paid and processed.
(Please wait to make additional travel arrangements, such as flights, until you receive a confirmation from Her Lens Jenny Wiley).

The ground vendors do not allow refunds to Her Lens Jenny Wiley, therefore Her Lens Jenny Wiley is not able to provide a refund to Photography Tour Workshop registrants with Her Lens Jenny Wiley. Registrants are required to obtain their own travel insurance and must carefully consider their coverage.
